Camp Sunrise is a nonprofit 501(c)3 and is Ohio’s first and only summer camp program that caters specifically to the needs ofchildren affected by HIV/AIDS.
This unique program provides kids with a safe, therapeutic community where they have the opportunity to experience relief from the overwhelming emotions associated with the disease.
They can master new skills and develop new friendships through play, conversation, art, drama, games, and traditional camp activities like swimming, canoeing and hiking.
Funding is provided solely through grants and private and corporate donations.
